Foto Art has been in tune with the rapid advance of photographic technology since its beginning as early as 1985. Foto Art was the first in the area to stock and sell digital cameras and supplies as soon as they were available and has been leading the way ever since. Peter
Graduated High School in 1982 and was working full time at Foto Art one hour later. And he never looked back. Peter spent the entervening years compiling an extensive and osessive knowledge of photographic equipment, its history, developing processes, technological advances and just about everything in the field. This knowledge is only supassed by his interest in the ongoing evolution of photography and has developed a 'leading edge' philosophy that keeps Foto Art the finest imaging center in Owen Sound and area.
Rob
Joined Foto Art in 1998 - Rob has applied his photographic skills to various jobs including museum technologist, journalist, educator and now a sales associate at Foto Art. Rob has been capturing images on film for nearly 30 years. Many of his photographs reflect an abstract view of nature that often goes unnoticed. More recently he has been applying this same view to urban landscapes.

Mike
Joined Foto Art in 1998 - Mike was the photographer for Inter-Township Department from 1989 to 1995 and started working in the retail photography business in 1990. Wildlife photography is what Mike reallyt enjoys and tries to get to Algonquin Park for camping and hiking.
Jenn
Started at Foto Art in 2002 - Jenn runs the digital mini-lab. Trained on the Noritsu 3311, Jenn enjoys the many challenges presented by the rapidly changing digital technology. She divides her time between the lab, raising two lovely children and exploring the world of photography.
Geoff
Joined Foto Art in 2002 - After many years designing and producing special market magazines and websites for various clients, Geoff joined the team at Foto Art to digitally restore photograhs, run the large format printer, and to maintain the Foto Art website. Author of two books as G. Wells Taylor, Geoff also maintains a massive online presence for the paperbacks while writing the next book in the series.

James
Joined the Foto Art team in 2005 - A graduate of Humber College Photography Program, James began his career in Toronto as a product photographer. His desire to live in a quieter community led him to his employment at Foto Art. His expertise includes digital imaging and photo restoration. James is a true artisan of lighting and brings with him a vast and varied knowledge of photography both film and digital; as well as knowledge of view cameras, medium format and even the state of the art phase one digital system.
Lacey
Joined Foto Art in 2006 - Lacey started exploring photography in 2005 after High School courses captured her interest. She soon started a co-op placement at Foto Art and began wroking in and learning about the technical and retail aspects of digital and traditional photography.
